Questions And Answers

Our legal partners do their absolute best to ensure that all of your debt qualifies for debt resolution. There are many types of relief available, such as validation and settlement.

Each person’s situation is unique, and yours will depend on how much enrolled debt you have and how quickly you can save. Typically, our clients are able to graduate the program within 18-36 months.

At Victory Debt Solutions, we are able to enroll clients with unsecured debt. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Credit Card Debt
  • Unsecured Loans
  • Payday Loans
  • Collection Accounts
  • Medical Bills
  • Private Student Loans
  • Business Credit Cards
  • Business Loans

Yes, our legal partners will contact and send cease and desist letters to any and all collection agencies that are unlawfully harassing you.

Clients typically will see their credit worthiness be affected during plan enrollment. The sooner you are able to invalidate inaccurate debts or resolve your delinquent accounts, the sooner negative items will stop affecting your credit score, and the sooner you will be able to rebuild your credit.

The short answer to this is yes. It is possible for you to resolve or invalidate your own debt. However, our legal partners have years of experience and have built direct relationships with creditors and collection agencies. You may not be able to negotiate the same favorable terms that our team can.

Our legal partners will not enroll creditors that they have not successfully negotiated with. Part of the enrollment process is to ensure that all debts qualify for at least one of the many programs offered. If for any reason, a portion of the enrolled accounts cannot be resolved, fees associated with that account will be returned.

Our legal partners never charge a fee until they are able to successfully resolve or validate one of your accounts. Our fees are then paid on a prorated basis once the settlement payment is made.
